Handcrafted Brass idol of Krishna, standing and playing on his flute. Lord Krishna being the 8th avatar of Vishnu, and is revered by many across the world. He is depicted standing on a carved brass pedestal with a flute, framed by a Tree, carved in elegant scroll patterns. His robes are also similarly carved in fluid scroll patterns that bring his image to life. His Blessings are as limited and unlimited as the devotee’s desires. The ideology of Krishna slaying the demon Kamsa is an allegory to his destroying our inner demons and setting us on the spiritual path. Krishna is best worshipped on Wednesdays with an offering of fresh butter sprinkled with crushed rock sugar.
